When you’re spending money on beautiful, new paintwork, you want to have the peace of mind that it’s going to last. That’s why we guarantee all of our work as free from any workmanship defects for five years. In the unlikely event, you do make a warranty enquiry; we guarantee to inspect your home within 48 hours of being notified and remedy any fault within seven days.

Our Process

You can skip the game of phone tag that’s required to book a quote by doing so online, or if you prefer to have a chat, give us a ring on 0508-Go1-Day. Our customer service staff can even advise you of approximately when we can fit your project in.

Your Project Consultant will meet you on-site to discuss the scope of your project, colour choices, paint types and the time-line you’d like your project completed in. Your Project Consultant will then email you a written quote with a detailed process our painters will follow.

Your Project Manager will contact you to answer any questions you might have, finalise your colours, agree on a start date/time, organise access and talk you through what you can expect.  

Your Project Manager will arrive with a team of professional Tradesman grade painters and will go over the scope with you one last time to ensure it’s 100% correct. Once we have briefed the paint team on your project, they will begin working on your property. Your Project Manager will regularly visit to ensure things are running on track.  We train our painters to check all their work once it’s finished (this is the first of three checks we do).

A practical finish is when the bulk of the work is complete, but there still might be a few minor touch-ups. As paint can change appearance as it drys, we’ll leave it to cure for about 24-48 hours. Your Project Manager will then visit to double-check all the work done and ensure it meets our strict quality standards. If we notice anything that needs some more attention, we will organise a painter to return and touch it up.

We understand that when we paint a house, there are hundreds of square meters to cover! That’s why have a cooling-off period of a few days so that you can soak up your surroundings. Once the cooling-off period is finished we’ll send you a text message to make sure you’re 100% happy with the paint job you’ve received (this is the third check we do). Only once you confirm that you are 100% satisfied will we send you your final invoice.
