How soon can I get my space painted?
Wait-times change depending on the time of year and city/town you’re in. Your Project Consultant can have a chat with you regarding scheduling during your quote or you can call us on 0508-Go1-Day.
How fast can you paint our house?
Our speedy paint service is provided on request. We turn around paint jobs quick thought using larger, highly organised teams without sacrificing quality. If one paint can paint one room in a day there’s no reason 8 paints can’t paint 8 rooms. Our quotes will specify the expected timeline for your project. If you’d like our speedy service option – just ask.
How long are your warranties?
We provide written warranties on all work completed by Go 1 Day Painting. They protect you against any defects in workmanship for 5 years.
Are your quotes firm?
We provide detailed written quotes outlining the scope of your project. Our painters work from these proposals ensuring every painting project is completed on time and on budget.
Is the paint used environmentally friendly?
At Go 1 Day Painting we believe in being good to the earth. Where possible we use low VOC paint (and where possible no-VOC paint) to complete your projects. These are water-based paints that are better for you, your family and the environment and you won’t smell paint fumes once we’re gone.
What if there are touch ups after my paint job?
If you notice anything that we’ve missed or that could use a little more TLC, just let us know. We’d be more then happy to come back and complete any touch ups.
Do you take a deposit?
We generally take a 30% deposit on your job, if your job is not for a while but you want to secure your spot in our service queue then we can do a 10% deposit until closer to your start date.
Am I going to have one contact point?
We believe in you dealing with the same person from the start of your job till the end. That’s why your quote is done by the same person that will Project Manage it as well, reducing communication errors and meaning you only have to communicate what you want to one person.
